Bio
ISABEAU is a European (lowlands based) melodic death metal band forging a powerful sound between crushing aggression, dark atmosphere and soaring melodies. Fronted by the commanding vocals of Renée and driven by musicians with roots in Meantime, Helluray, Exoto, Off the Cross and Torn AD, the band delivers an intense and uncompromising live experience.
Following their 2024 formation, ISABEAU released their debut album Ashlight Testament in January 2026, marking the arrival of a new force in the European melodic death metal scene.

Shared Stages
Since forming in 2024, ISABEAU has shared stages with Agent Steel, Cobra Spell, Fleddy Melculy, Cyclone and Temptations for the Weak, across clubs and festivals in Belgium and the Netherlands.

Before the Stage
A mic, a pop shield and a pair of headphones. This is where the shouting gets done properly — no crowd, no lights, just the take and then the one after it. Riffs arrive as phone recordings, parts get argued over, and plenty of it never leaves the room. What survives is what you hear on the record.
